Welcome to Vayugo Cabs. By booking our taxi services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking
- Bookings can be made online or by phone.
- Customers must provide accurate pickup and drop details.
- Incorrect information may lead to delays or cancellation.
2. Fare Policy
- Fare is confirmed at the time of booking.
- All toll charges are included in the quoted fare unless stated otherwise.
- Parking charges, state taxes (where applicable), and extra waiting charges may be charged separately if applicable.
3. Waiting Charges
Drivers will wait for a reasonable time at the pickup location.
Additional waiting charges may apply beyond the complimentary waiting period.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to a specified time before pickup (if applicable).
- Late cancellations may attract cancellation charges.
- No-show bookings may be charged partially or fully.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate booking information.
- Treat the vehicle respectfully.
- Avoid carrying prohibited or illegal items.
- Follow all applicable laws during travel.
6. Driver Responsibilities
Our drivers will:
- Arrive on time whenever possible.
- Drive safely and professionally.
- Maintain clean and well-maintained vehicles.
7. Delays
While we strive for punctuality, Vayugo Cabs is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Heavy traffic
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
8. Liability
Vayugo Cabs shall not be liable for:
- Loss or damage of personal belongings left in the vehicle
- Delays due to unavoidable circumstances
- Missed flights, trains, or appointments caused by external factors
9. Refund Policy
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our cancellation and payment policies.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on this page.
